and services that you would like to make your party unique.

* Any child over 1 years old (including siblings) who participates in any of the activities such as the the Pony Rides/Petting Zoo/Candy Hunt, etc. will be considered a participating child and will be charged accordingly.

We welcome any group up to a maximum capacity of 40 people total upstairs in the party room, if you would like more please contact us for special arrangements. Our tables fit up to 24 kids. Extra chairs are available for adults.

Deposits

A minimum of a $50 deposit will hold your birthday party reservation. Deposits may be made (preferably by Paypal or Debit/Credit Card) or by mailing a check. Please contact us for a separate mailing address. Deposit goes towards the balance of your party.

All dates and times are tentative until a deposit is received and a staff member has contacted you confirming your date/time is available.

Cancellations

People typically book their parties months in advance and there are just a few spots available so we usually are not able to re-book. Therefore there are no refunds on party cancellations. No Exceptions!

Payment

Final Payment is due the day of the party. Payment can be made to one of the adult staff members at the desk in the Party Room. We prefer to be paid by Debit or Credit Card, however we also accept Cash.

We Do Not Accept Checks and do not carry change for cash purchases.

Your Birthday Boy or Birthday Girl will feel so special when you treat them to the chance of a lifetime party at a real working Horse Stable and Farm!

This is perfect for all the "Horse Crazy Girls", your "Wanna be Cowboys", and of course for ALL the "Kids who LOVE Animals".

In just a two hour time frame your party kids will have the time of their lives!

Why spend your special family moments fighting through crowds. Instead take advantage of the serene setting at Spirit's Party Barn.

Just for starters, we offer Pony Rides, a Cuddly Petting Zoo, Roping Demonstration/Trial where each child gets to rope the fake cow head and win a prize from the prize box. A Bounce House with slide they can play in while waiting their turn on a pony. Optional Add-ons available! (see above)

All Activities are covered so no need to worry about bad weather. We have a nice indoor party room upstairs for you to open presents and celebrate with a cake that you bring or we can supply cake. (See additional services) Freezer is not large enough for most Ice Cream cakes. The room is also equipped with a bathroom. Balloons can also be added to the party room for an additional cost. All of this and more is sure to create special memories that will last a lifetime.
