Parties

* Any child over 1 years old (including siblings) who participates in the Pony Rides/Petting Zoo/Activities, etc. will be considered a participating child and will be charged accordingly.

We welcome any group size however we like to add staff if your party will be over 20 kids so please let us know at least 2 weeks before your party if possible.

Deposits

A minimum of a $50 deposit will hold your birthday party reservation. Deposits may be made (preferably by credit card) or by mailing a check. Please contact us for Mailing address. Deposit goes towards the balance of your party.

All dates and times are tentative until a deposit is received and a staff member has contacted you confirming your date is available.

Cancellations

People typically book their parties months in advance and there are just a few spots available so if we tell someone the date/time they have chosen is already booked and then you cancel closer to the party date we usually are not able to re-book. Therefore there are no refunds on party cancellations. No Exceptions!

Payment

Final Payment is due the day of the party. Payment can be made to one of the adult staff members at the desk in the Party Room. We prefer to be paid by Debit or Credit Card, however we also accept Cash. Please let us know ahead of time if you would like to pay with cash so we have change if needed. We do Not Accept Checks.

Your Birthday Boy or Birthday Girl will feel so special when you treat them to the chance of a lifetime party at a real working Horse Stable and Farm!

This is perfect for all the "Horse Crazy Girls", your "Wanna-be Cowboys", and of course for ALL the "Kids who LOVE Animals".

All Ages Welcome!

In just a two hour time frame your party kids will have the time of their lives!

Why spend your special family moments fighting through crowds. Instead take advantage of the serene setting at Spirit's Party Barn.

Just for starters, we offer Pony/Horse Rides and/or Miniature Horse Cart Rides, a Cuddly Petting Zoo, Roping Demonstration/Trial where each child gets to rope the fake cow head and win a prize from the prize box. Bounce House with slide they can play in while waiting their turn on a pony. Optional Add ons, Games, Crafts, Activities, plus More!

All Activities are covered so no need to worry about bad weather. We have a nice heated indoor party room upstairs for you to open presents and celebrate with the Cake that you bring or we can supply Cake. (See additional services) Freezer is not large enough for most Ice Cream cakes. The room is also equipped with a bathroom. Balloons can also be added to the party room for an additional cost. All of this and more is sure to create special memories that will last a lifetime.

We also offer options to upgrade your party such as themed packages, and where your party kids can make western frames as an art project. If this is not what you had in mind, let us work up a custom package for you!
